Also, I would like to pause to thank you for your tremendous support during the workshops in 2022. Thank you sooo much for joining me! Thank you for registering, attending, sharing and supporting. Thank you for your feedback and recommendations as well. It was truly a privilege to pour into your lives and to sharpen your skills as you serve in the church/ministry, community, business and other organizations.
As you may or may not know, this leadership training program was birthed in 2017. While attending an international conference in the USA, the Lord impressed upon my heart to share the knowledge I received from various courses, workshops and conferences. It became a burden like Nehemiah in the Bible. Basically, the vision was and still is to provide ongoing training and development to persons who are serving in various leadership capacities in churches and other organizations.
In January 2018, I officially launched the program at my local church and it was called “Kingdom Advancement Workshops”, a mere few months after coming out of the devastating hurricanes Irma and Maria. The program was aimed to equip the local church leadership team, where I served as the Overseer of the Church Leadership Team, with oversight for more than one dozen (12) ministries. Over the course of 8 weeks, I taught 8 different workshops in areas such as leadership, conflict resolution, evangelism and more.
Due to unforeseen challenges, the program was put on hold. However, in 2020, in the midst of the covid-19 global pandemic, the Lord began to stir my spirit with a fresh new approach. The Lord gave me the strategy to host a “free” quarterly 1-hour workshop on Zoom and to open up the registration to persons all around the world!
By God’s grace, I will be continuing these “free” quarterly workshops in 2023. Please save the dates!
Also, I am happy to announce that registration is open for ALL the 2023 workshops. You can go ahead and register early and secure your seat because space is limited.
