As you may or may not know, I launched a leadership training program in 2020, where I offer a “free” quarterly workshop on Zoom. Let me share a brief history with you on how this program was born.
In 2017, while attending an international conference in the USA, the Lord impressed upon my heart to share the knowledge I received from various courses, workshops and conferences. Basically, the vision was and still is to provide ongoing training and development to persons who are serving in various capacities in the Kingdom of God and in the marketplace.
In January 2018, I launched a program called “Kingdom Advancement Workshops” at my local church. The program was aimed to equip the church leadership team, where I served as the Overseer of more than one dozen ministries. I taught over eight workshops in areas such as leadership, conflict resolution and evangelism.
Due to unforeseen challenges, the program was put on hold. However, in 2020, the Lord began to stir my spirit with a fresh new approach. The Lord gave me the strategy to host a “free” quarterly workshop on zoom and open up the registration to persons all around the world.
I had some health challenges over the past few months; however, by the enabling of the Holy Spirit, I will be continuing this “free” training in 2021. The workshop was rescheduled from this month. Join me on Tuesday 22nd June 2021, at 8:00 p.m. EST Caribbean Time for this quarter’s Leadership training, titled Ethical Leadership. The content for this workshop was recently developed, so this is a brand new workshop that I have never taught before and I am very excited! During the training, we will explore areas including:
- Overview of Ethical Leadership.
- General Church Etiquette
- Qualities of a Leader
This workshop will encourage you on your leadership journey as you lead with excellence. This workshop is open to Pastors, Ministers, Business Owners, Supervisors and other interested persons.
