I recently updated a page on my website and I was prompted to share a brief history with you, regarding the leadership training program that I offer.
In 2017, while attending an international conference, the Lord impressed upon my heart to share the knowledge I received from various courses, workshops and conferences with others. Basically, the vision was and still is to equip and to provide ongoing training and development to persons who are serving in leadership and other capacities in the Kingdom of God.
In January 2018, I launched a program called “Kingdom Advancement Workshops” at my local church. The program was aimed to equip the church leadership team (and other interested persons), where I served as the Overseer of more than one dozen ministries. I taught over eight workshops in areas such as leadership, conflict resolution and evangelism.
Due to unforeseen challenges, the program was put on hold. However, in 2020, the Lord began to stir my spirit with a fresh new approach to the training. The Lord gave me the strategy to host a “free” quarterly workshop on zoom and to open up the registration to persons all around the world. The first workshop was held in November 2020 and the topic was “Moving to the Next Level“. It was a resounding success!
By the enabling of the Holy Spirit, I will be continuing this “free” training in 2021. I will be teaching one workshop per quarter in the following areas: teamwork, ethical leadership, conflict resolution and effective communication.
