I launched the Leadership Encore program for people who might have missed the “free” quarterly leadership workshops offered in the past. Through this program, I am making the training available for teams or on a one-on-one basis, in person or via Zoom. These workshops are ideal for Pastors, Ministers, Church Workers/Volunteers, Community Leaders, Business Managers, Supervisors and other interested persons.
Here are the available workshop topics with a short overview of each:
MOVING TO THE NEXT LEVEL. In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of leadership to fulfill their purpose. Also, they will learn how to transition from season-to-season to go to the next level in ministry and in business.
PRINCIPLES FOR EFFECTIVE TEAMWORK. We have all heard the phrase “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work” and this workshop will equip leaders to build effective teams. The workshop will cover types of teams, developing your team, leading team meetings, mastering team communications and more.
ETHICAL LEADERSHIP. This workshop will cover an overview of ethical leadership. Also, the training will cover some general church etiquette, a look at some of the qualities of a leader and more.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION. Conflicts are inevitable but what makes the difference is how they are resolved. The Conflict Resolution workshop provides training in defining conflicts, sources of conflict and teaches conflict resolution skills and more.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION. It is very important that leaders are communicating effectively, and this workshop will provide training in this area. Some of the things covered in this workshop are: the communication process, types of communication, barriers to communication, reviewing your communication style and more.
DEVELOPING YOUR VISION. This workshop covers why vision is important, defining vision, and a look at some of the steps you will need to take to develop the vision. Also, participants will learn how to communicate the vision and more.
PRINCIPLES OF DELEGATION. As leaders, there is no way we can do it all by ourselves, we will need to build a team of persons. In doing so, the leader will have to delegate tasks therefore one must know how to do so effectively. This workshop covers elements of delegation, how to delegate successfully, why some leaders do not delegate and more.
