“It was awesome! Truly a conference with a difference” and “I was blessed” are a few of the comments from the attendees at our 1st women under construction conference, held on Saturday 3rd June 2017. The Women of Grace of 2nd Chance Ministries, wishes to genuinely thank everyone for their overwhelming support and sponsorship. The planning committee worked countless hours into planning and creating this life-changing event. We are truly happy that we were able to put on an exceptional event with more than forty (40) attendees.
The 2017 conference was not meant to be a single event, but a starting point for critical work to impact, transform and to make a difference in the lives of women. We look forward to partnering with everyone again in the future. We know that this would not have been as strong a conference without everyone’s contribution.

Conference Overview
2nd Chance Ministries, located at Fat Hog’s Bay, East End, will be having their 1st phenomenal Women Conference on Saturday 3rd June 2017, at the sanctuary from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The theme is: “WOMEN UNDER CONSTRUCTION”
This is a great time for women to be spiritually renewed & uplifted; as we fellowship & bask together in the presence of the Lord. Our aim & desire is to encourage, empower & portray ministry in a different way to women who are a part of God’s army and have the desire to move forward to another level.

We are extending an invitation to ALL women, age 18 years and over to attend! We encourage you NOT to miss it. Registration Fee is US$25.00 per person and covers conference materials & refreshments. Participants will also be eligible to win several fantastic give-a-ways.

We have prayerfully selected several women speakers to deliver the dynamic message of the conference. Please view below:
Evangelist Zelphia Frazer of Intercessors International Ministries Inc. (IIMI)
Evangelist Zelphia Frazer accepted the Lord Jesus Christ in her heart in 1979, and her journey began. In 1984, she received her calling from God as an Evangelist and Intercessor. Her commission is to raise an army of intercessors, and to win lost souls at any cost. She began pursuing her calling which she takes very seriously, in spite of the persecution on every side. She continues to press toward the mark of the price of the high calling in Christ Jesus.
Evangelist Frazer is the founder and president of Intercessors International Ministries Inc. (IIMI) which was birthed on St. John V.I. IIMI is a parachurch ministry across denominational lines, to raise and strengthen those individuals who are called by God as watchmen and gate keepers. (Ezekiel 3:17).
In addition, Evangelist Frazer is an overseer, of a youth group called “Youth In Action”. She is giving youths a chance to express themselves in every God-given way. She have a heart for the youth and a strong desire to see the young people realize and fulfill their God given purpose.
Also, she have a desire for the spiritual well-being of Christ like musicians, dancers, actors, and politicians. She started this so that they do not get lost in the world systems. Evangelist Frazer is sold out to God for the kingdom of God, she truly have come this far by faith. She wants to be more than an ordinary servant for his glory.
Dr. Joycelyn D. Hoyte
Dr. Joycelyn Hoyte received Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour and Lord at the age of sixteen and has maintained an exemplary Christian witness throughout the years. Jointly with her husband Pastor Wayne Hoyte, Dr. Joycelyn serves as the Associate Pastor of First Assembly of God in Lower Estate. She is also the co-host of the radio broadcast Family Life aired weekly on Z-King Radio Station 100.9 FM every Tuesday evening 8-8:30 p.m.
Sis. Hoyte has obtained an Associate Degree in Theology from the Barbados Baptist Theological College, a Bachelor of Ministry Degree and a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Studies with a concentration in Biblical Counselling from Masters International School of Divinity in Indiana. On February 11th 2017 Pastor Joyce as she is known in her congregation, graduated with a Doctoral Degree in Biblical Studies/ Biblical Counselling from the same institution. She is also credentialed as a Licensed and Ordained Minister of the Peninsular Florida District of the Assemblies of God in January 2014 and May 2016 respectively.
She has been married to Pastor Wayne Hoyte for the past thirty one (31) years and they have three children Gabrielle, Brent and Charis. Dr. Hoyte has been employed at the National Bank Of The Virgin Islands Limited for the past twenty nine years where she now holds the position of Loans Administration Supervisor.
Psalmist Kay-Linda Richardson
Has been leading worship for over 20 years. She is currently a worship leader at the New Life Baptist Church in Tortola and Training and Development Coordinator of the praise team at the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Virgin Gorda, a subsidiary of New Life, both in the British Virgin Islands.
Mrs. Richardson is a radical worshiper and strongly believes in living the life she sings and ministers about. She has presented at both the New Life Baptist and Emmanuel Baptist churches on Prophecy, Prophetic Worship and Praise and Worship in general. She is a member the Power Ministries International (P.M.I.) Prayer team and the Unveiling Interdenominational Ministry.
Mrs. Richardson is the Deputy General Manager of MMG Trust (BVI) Corp., a Trust Company in the British Virgin Islands where she has worked for the past 25 years. She holds a Diploma in Management with the Chartered Management Institute of the UK and a Subsidiary Certificate in International Finance, Investment and Administration with the International Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and is currently enrolled in the School of Worship program with the Eagles International Training Institute.
Mrs. Richardson is happily married to Thomas Richardson for the past 23 years and together they have been blessed with three sons, Kenyatta, T’Shaun and Thomas Jr. Richardson.
Apostle Janelle Jagdeo of The Eagles Network (TEN)
Apostle Janelle Jagdeo and team of Dance Ministers from The Eagles Network (TEN), will be ministering in dance during the conference.

A woman under construction needs to know how to effectively manage all of her relationships; whether at home, at work or at church. Our speaker, Dr. Hoyte, will be addressing the participants on how to deal with these relationships effectively.
10:30 a.m. – 2nd Speaker: Psalmist Kaylinda Richardson “Preparing the Temple for Worship”
A woman under construction must realize that her body is the temple of the Lord. Before she even thinks about entering the presence of God, the temple must be prepared first. We have chosen a dynamic speaker, Psalmist Kaylinda Richardson – who is no stranger to praise and worship, to present on this topic.
11:30 a.m. – 3rd Speaker: Evangelist Zelphia Frazer “Women under Construction”
A woman under construction need to knows A LOT of different things. With this in mind, we have chosen a powerful woman of God, Evangelist Zelphia Frazer, to deliver several keys and tools to guide you along in your everyday life.
12:30 p.m. – Vote of Thanks & Closing Prayer
